Who we are
FILI is an interpretation, translation and subtitling company based in Santiago, Chile. For any privacy question, write to us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email, company, country and information about your meeting, document or video. When you send us files for a project, we receive their content.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, deliver the service and invoice for it. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the interpreters, translators and subtitlers assigned to your project, who are bound by confidentiality, and with the providers we need to run our business, such as email and web hosting. We never put client content into public AI tools.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project files are deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them, and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, send you a copy of it, or stop using it, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within the deadlines set by Chilean law (Law 19,628 and Law 21,719) and, where they apply, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Brazil's LGPD.
